Washable Workwear Wednesday: Ombre Floral Dress

This cute dress looks really fun, and the old rule that a print is better at hiding stains or other things makes this mom-friendly. It’s a very spring-y, happy, pretty dress that you could wear to work, to a baby shower or other party, or even a church event. It looks lovely, it’s lined (except for the sleeves), and it’s machine washable. It’s available in regular (2-20), petite (2P-16P), and plus sizes (lucky sizes only) at Talbots, where it’s currently on sale — from $169 to $134. Ombre Floral Dress

Washable Workwear Wednesday: Sleeveless Ponte Portrait Collar Dress

Lands’ End has so many cute dresses right now that are washable, and we’re featuring this portrait collar dress today. It comes in navy and hot pink, and it just looks very ladylike, very Jackie O — an old-school, classic style. I like that it’s washable, of course, and that it’s available in regular, petite, tall, and plus sizes for $79-$89. Sleeveless Ponte Portrait Collar Dress

Washable Workwear Wednesday: Pink Blazer – Plus Too

This machine-wash, knit pink blazer at Zulily looks very shiny in the photos, but I expect it’s more like a typical jersey knit blazer. I haven’t seen a pink color like this anywhere else this season, and I like that this is very affordable at $30 and has lots of sizes. Pink Blazer – Plus Too

Here are a couple of options in plus sizes (that are dry clean, but not dry clean only). We also just rounded up five great blazers under $50 yesterday on Corporette!

Washable Workwear Wednesday: Sleeveless Textured Crepe dress

washable sheath dress for work JNYI love this washable sheath dress for work (pictured) — and I can’t get away from how much it reminds me of this $395 dress we posted recently on Corporette.  There are some important differences, though, most notable among them the fact that it’s washable (huzzah!) and that it’s only $34.99 on sale. WHOA. There are actually so many good dresses at Jones New York right now, where this one’s from, and they’re all washable and all just around $30. Sign me up! Sleeveless Textured Crepe Dress

Finally Friday: Baroque Linen Tee

Loft has a lot of really cute t-shirts, etc., right now (including the top we’re featuring at Corporette today), so if you haven’t looked lately, you should check it out. I think this linen tee is great — it has a fun, bright, happy pattern that’s going to hide stains well, it’s machine washable, and it’s got very good reviews. (Ooh, and they have a lot of items in this particular pattern, including a maternity top, a skirt, a dress, a blouse, and more.) The regular and petite size range is XXS-XL, and the top is on sale for $29.99 from $39.99 –plus an extra 40% off (no code needed) that brings it down to just $17.99. Baroque Linen Tee

Here’s a plus-size option.

Everyone Thursday: Merona Tailored Ponte Blazer

We’ve featured this Merona blazer before, and we mentioned it in Frugal Friday’s Workwear Report last week at Corporette, but it remains a great option for a blazer under $50. And since it’s at Target, it also fits into the category of Things You Can Buy While Shopping For Your Kids. This has been around for a long time and has really good reviews, so if you’re looking for an affordable, machine washable blazer, definitely check it out. Depending on the color, it has gone as low as $9, but it’s currently $30 in heather gray and black. It comes in sizes XS-XXL. Merona Tailored Ponte Blazer
