Kat, thanks for the “Start Here”!
This quiet week has given me lots of time to read the archives and see what I’m getting into….

The first few weeks after I found out I was pregnant in early 2015, I went all the way back to the beginning of the blog and read every single post and skimmed the comments. My big recommendation is to flag (make a list, something) of really good posts and/or comment sections that you can pull up in the future. My kid is 14 months and I totally track good conversations that won’t be relevant for months/years.

I did something similar for sleep tips. I was putting together a list of baby sleep resources for a friend (sourced almost entirely from this s i t e’s archives) and remembered to send the email to myself as well, since I’ll need all that advice again come spring. This community is amazing.

I don’t know how I missed the MLM marketing post, but love that it was a discussion! I’m so sick of that and it was nice to hear others express the same frustrations. I’ve seen so many of my friends get taken advantage of by those companies (and also try to pressure me into buying stuff).
That said I did buy a pair of those leggings everyone is on about, just to have something comfy to wear around the house that made my booty look nice. I bought them from the one person who didn’t harass me about it, though.
