Pumping Tuesday: Juno Tote

Juno Blu Esalen Breast Pump ToteIf you’re not a fan of the standard black nylon tote that your pump may have come with, this lovely breast pump tote (in both mushroom, pictured, and black) looks great.  I like the texture, the sleek look, and the details like the thermo-insulated pocket, the two included ice packs, and the regular tote details like interior pockets for your cellphone and keys.  Lovely. The bag is $185 at Nordstrom. Juno Blu ‘Esalen’ Breast Pump Tote

Nursing/Pumping Tuesday: Vince Camuto Faux Wrap Top

Vince Camuto Faux Wrap Top | CorporetteMomsThis surplice top has been around in various incarnations for several years now — Nordstrom has some great colors for it right now, including this lovely black graphic print. This looks like the rare top that isn’t a “nursing” top, per se, but is great for both pumping and nursing (depending on your pumping style, of course). It’s $49 at Nordstrom, available in sizes XS-XL. Vince Camuto Faux Wrap Top

Pumping Tuesday: Tapestry Floral Faux-Wrap Silk Blouse

Haute Hippie Tapestry Floral Faux Wrap Silk Blouse | CorporetteMomsWe’ve pictured the affordable Pleione wrap shirt that everyone loves for pumping a number of times (and it’s now on sale at Nordstrom in both short-sleeved and sleeveless styles — the long-sleeved version is no longer on the site, alas, and has even sold out at Nordstrom Rack), but if you happen to be that rare woman who wants to wear silk while pumping, this is the one for you. I love the color and the print, which would hide a multitude of stains and other sins, and I think it would look lovely with navy or black. It’s $395 at Bergdorf Goodman. Haute Hippie Tapestry Floral Faux-Wrap Silk Blouse

Pumping Tuesday: Bay’s Nursing Scarf

Bay's Nursing Scarf | CorporetteMomsI recently came across an article that advised pumping moms to bring their nursing covers to work to use as a pumping cover as well — it hadn’t occurred to me but I think it’s great advice. I like the listed reason (that you can have friends in your office to maximize the time without making anyone uncomfortable), but I’ve also seen enough readers trying to figure out how to pump in an office without a lock on the door to think that this might be a great solution. There are a ton of nursing covers on the market, but many have unappealing prints (and don’t get me started on the company names). I like this simple, easy black one from Designs by Bay — it’s available at Amazon for $18.99. Bay’s Nursing Scarf

Nursing/Pumping Tuesday: Sleeveless Faux Wrap Blouse

Pleione Sleeveless Faux Wrap Blouse | CorporetteMomsReaders continue to sing the virtues of this Pleione wrap top for pumping, nursing, and general wear. Long-sleeved versions are on sale, but they just came out with new colors in this sleeveless version. This pretty rose cross print looks lovely — springy, feminine, flattering. It’s $58 at Nordstrom. Everyone Thursday: Wrap-Front Jersey Dress

Old Navy Wrap DressHappy Thursday, ladies! I really like the look of these short-sleeved wrap dresses at Old Navy.  Not only are they machine washable and cute, they’re also great to wear if your weight is fluctuating (particularly in early pregnancy or postpartum), and they’re good for nursing.  The same print also comes in a maternity dress for when you really need it; if you’re not a fan of the print the wrap dress also comes in a solid purple and black. (It seems like it came in a lot of other colors and prints at one point too, but they’re mostly sold out.  Lots of plus size options still left though.)  The pictured dress is $29.50, and available in regular, tall and petite sizes. Wrap-Front Jersey Dress
