This type of shirt is a staple in my wardrobe. The ones I own that I wear over and over are also sleeveless, which lessens the bulk under a blazer and makes it so I can wear them all year round. I also find that the bow at the neck dresses it up a bit, so that I can still look pulled together while putting in less effort. It also adds some interest between the lapels of a blazer that I like.
