If you prefer a nursing tank with wider straps, this looks like a great option!
Instead of clips, this soft, fitted tank has a layered front for easy nursing or pumping access. The stretchy fabric means you can also wear it while you’re expecting. Wear it alone with sweats at home or under a cardigan for venturing out.
Latched Mama’s Ribbed Nursing Tank is $39. It comes in sizes XS-1X in half a dozen colors.
Psst: Looking for info about nursing clothes for working moms or tips for pumping at the office? We’ve got them both…

PSA for anyone obsessed with Grimm’s toys like I am: Bella Luna toys had a small restock a few hours ago. Some items are already gone but they still have a bunch of cute things!
This is a little gross so sorry about that but — we just got back from visiting family in a high altitude area and my nose is still moderately bloody. It’s not actively bleeding, but there’s a-lot-for-me blood every time I blow my nose (which is a lot, thanks to seasonal allergies). When will this go away??
Would you rather go to Disneyland with 1) a ticket deal over Christmas holidays or 2) pay more to go in January or February?
Am I doing toddler clothes wrong? LO is graduating from baby sized clothes to toddler clothes, but nothing seems to fit right! The 18M clothes are too small, 24M clothes are all over the map – some are too small some are too big some are just right – and 2T is somehow the perfect size for t shirts but too long for long sleeves or pants. I feel so bad that LO is either swimming in or busting out of his clothes. Is that just this stage?
First off – thank you to all those who volunteer as coaches, Girl Scout leaders, etc. My daughter participates in Girl Scouts, and at the beginning of the school year, they hand out a schedule with the dates/times/locations for the monthly meetings….then almost every single month they change the date, time and/or location of the meeting, often with 24-48 hours notice. is this typical? i am very friendly with the moms who are leaders and I haven’t said anything yet, and don’t really want to be that mom, but it makes planning kid logistics and childcare really hard at least for me, but maybe i am not the norm and i don’t want to unnecessarily rock the boat.
Any recommendations for twin beds, or experiences with shopping from Plank+Beam? I like the Jenny Lind style, and this is one of the few brand with a moderately priced version. Also looking for other recs, if there’s another brand or style that’s particularly good. Hoping for wood that’ll withstand five year-old shenanigans and will last. Thanks!
Y’all always have the best gift ideas – I am looking for gift ideas for my nephew who is turning twelve. Budget around 75 dollars but could be higher too. He just started high school and is struggling. Cannot sit still, loves soccer and video games but I’d rather not encourage more screen time… Any ideas?
Has anyone here hired a stylist? I have a closet full (FULL!) of clothes and yet every morning feel like I have nothing to wear. I think I’m not buying the right things and rather than just blow more money buying different items that still won’t turn into practical outfits for my life wondering if a pro would help me (and maybe save me money in the long run).
Low stakes question – help me decide on which mid-weight jacket to get my kids. We live in the DMV but my kids go to a mostly-outdoors school. They wear a lighter down puffer most of winter but have heavier coats for January/February – and last winter was really cold and icy. So their normal winter top is a shirt (sometimes wool long Johns), a quarter zip thin fleece, and then a 650 fill Eddie Bauer citrus lite. Over the past few years I think these have declined in quality. They say they’re still the same fill but they feel noticeable thinner and DDs snagged & ripped easily twice last year.. What other down filled thin puffers does everyone like? Llbean? I don’t need to spring for a Patagonia, and we have found north faces to NOT be warm (maybe their heavier coats are but not the kids ones..). We do shop secondhand a lot but that’s luck finding the right size. Also my kids are not the same gender and neither of them tolerate gender neutral colors so they don’t get passed down.. I do not want a synthetic fill, we really do find the down to be warmer.
I wanted to see if anyone has had a good experience with an all-inclusive-style resort near the tri-state area, i.e. Tyler Place, Woodloch, or similar. I’m looking for something easy and within driving distance for a spring break trip with a 9-year-old and a 5-year-old. I also just want a break from the cooking/cleaning routine! Caveat that I may have the world’s pickiest eaters so I’m hoping the place would have regular access to bagels, buttered pasta, and pizza.
