Buy or borrow a bissell little green machine. Will require a plug.

Scrape up as much as you can, then spray with an odor neutralizing cleaner for pet stains. Let sit and scrub with a rag.

Take it to a car wash and have them deal with it. If that isn’t possible, a washcloth and a bucket of soapy water will get out a lot, then you could vaccum out some of the moisture at a gas station. I would finish with a heavy application of lysol spray.
