Something on your mind? Chat about it here.

Now that the weather has cooled off, I’m getting back into running. My old running belt is getting a little frayed, so I’m in the market for a new one.

Here’s a promising option from Lululemon. Their Fast and Free Running Belt is made from their lightweight, stretchy, and breathable “Nulux” fabric. While it has a slim profile, there’s plenty of room for your essentials — a phone-sized zippered pocket and side drop-in pockets for smaller items (keys, gels, etc.). There are reflective details for safety and an adjustable belt for a no-bounce fit.

This unisex running belt is $38 and comes in four patterns/colors. It is currently only available in S/M (26.6 to 41.2 inches), but you can choose to be notified when L/XL is back in stock.

When did you start your kids on chores? My 3-year-old won’t be very helpful but maybe it’s good to start them early?
