We eat a lot of pizza at my house. To take your pie to the next level, try a pizza stone like this one for a crispy crust.
This stone from French favorite Emile Henry can be safely used in the oven or on the grill, up to 900 degrees. It’s durable, scratch resistant (you can cut your pizza right on the stone), and dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
This pizza stone is available at Amazon in four different colors. You can also find it at Sur La Table, Williams Sonoma, and other retailers.

Related to the Killian/Kilian/Cillian comment – I just realized that my third child is also going to have an easily misspelled name and I honestly wouldn’t worry as much about spelling.
Kid #1 – easy to spell, really only one way to spell it name. Kid #2 – name with two spellings, picked one but it’s a Sofia/Sophia or Isabel/Isabelle/Isobel or Zach/Zack situation where kid frequently gets their name spelled with the other version. Kid #3 is getting a family name but will go by a nickname. The nickname is very very easy.
The family name is an alternate spelling of a not-uncommon first name. Think Jacksen vs. Jackson or Conor vs. Connor. I would now like to apologize for my prior judgmental self who – when pregnant with her first child was absolutely adamant that I didn’t want to give my child a name that was easily misspelled. Now I’ve realized that… it actually doesn’t make a difference!
And as for my concerns that they would have paperwork issues in life? Husband has a very normal name (think James) and recently found out his HR paperwork has been set up misspelled for… 10 years? In their internal files?
