Does anyone have any suggestions for a chicken entree that’s made in the oven and is nice enough to serve to guests? We’re hosting people on Sunday but I will be doing Hanukkah baking and activities with the kids, so I really want the entree to be something I can make in advance and just stick in the oven when we’re ready to eat. My normal go-to for this scenario is veggie lasagna and I have a great recipe people seem to love, but we’re having challah with the meal and donuts for dessert so it seems like a lot of bread products to also serve a pasta-based main course. There are non-red meat eaters, and the kids likely won’t eat fish, so chicken seems like the safest bet as far as protein.
