M.M.LaFleur has made a version of this blouse for several years. Their latest iteration in washable silk charmeuse features a festive print that will take you through the holidays and beyond.
This blouse’s elegant, relaxed silhouette features folded long sleeves and a flattering mockneck. The merry floral print doesn’t scream “Holiday!” so you can wear it well past the New Year. Add your favorite trousers and pumps for an easy, yet refined outfit.
The Sohee Top is $295 and comes in sizes XS-XXL.

I just found out the daycare I wanted only had space for Baby on Mondays and Tuesdays, for at least a few months after my leave ends. I think we found another center with space, but it’s further away, more expensive, and not as nice.
I’m considering splitting the week. But that would be exposure to 2x the germs. Are there other drawbacks I’m not seeing? WWYD?
My new-ish job has separate sick leave. I WFH. In my previous job I tried to work as much as possible when I was sick because I needed to preserve my PTO for family needs and vacation time. Now I’m not sure what the threshold is for taking time off when I’m sick. The higher-ups are all workaholic lawyers who work when sick and on the weekends even though the nature of our work doesn’t demand this. Today I have a ~100 degree fever and would be much more comfortable taking a sick day, but I feel guilty and like I’ll be judged if I take the day. I’m not being terribly productive. We have some deadline pressure but I don’t know that my half-working or not will affect anything. WWYD?
yoto mini vs. some kind of mp3 player for my kids to listen to music? i realize the mp3 player in some ways is easier and that i can put on parental controls, but idk if i’m ready for that at age 6.5.
My kids love these stories that are read on Spotify by a mom, kind of like some podcast and the stories are all kid appropriate, but one of the ads that was read at the beginning of the story (and we have ad free spotify but this was like part of the reading) was for Noom, and I don’t need my kids hearing ads for weight loss stuff. And I messaged the host and she told me that was an error and has been removed from future episodes, but I guess i’m nervous about stuff like that happening on spotify even with parental controls. thoughts?
Cross-post. Does anyone have any of the Momcozy wearable pumps and if so, do you recommend? My primary pump is a Spectra, but I’m looking for something for outings and to make things easier around the house for multitasking. I’m something of an under producer so I’m not sure that it would be worth it. I also WFH.
Paging boy moms! There are some kids in my son’s class (second grade) who are routinely acting violent. One incident occurred during recess when my son got punched in the face with a fist twice. Others occurred at the playground after school-kids like to play right after school. These boys have been violent towards other kids not just my son. The school handled the recess incident by meeting with the parent of child who hit. Not sure what transpired but my son and that boy had a “reconciliatory season” or something along those lines where they talked about feelings etc. my son is not a hitter but is very active and likes to play with the boys. I am worried there will be a point when he starts hitting back or feel insecure because he keeps getting hit. What should we do? I obviously can’t tell parents how to parent. Any similar stories would be greatly appreciated.
Getting ready to travel with our 4.5 yo for thanksgiving without a stroller for the first time. Any tips for dragging him through the airport with minimal whining? We live in Atlanta and flying to Minneapolis. The Atlanta airport is massive, though we can always take the plane train. MSP is not exactly small either.
I think he technically still fits the umbrella stroller we used to fly with. Don’t want to lug the jogging stroller along.
Toddler sleep advice needed. My two year old, who has generally been a great sleeper since she was 6 months old, is going through a really bad phase. It’s a combo of all the things that affect sleep – daylight savings switch, molars coming in, her dad went on a business trip for a week and she missed him, she has a cold. But it’s been three weeks and seems to be getting worse – she is fighting bedtime, waking up in the middle of the night screaming, and up at 5 am. Also refuses to nap on weekends. She used to self soothe pretty well but for the past two weeks she screams unless someone comes and sleeps with her. DH and I have alternated sleeping on the floor in her room, and we are all exhausted. I try to lean into “this is just a phase and it will pass” but also don’t want to develop bad habits and sleep in her room for years to come. Any tips for that age? She has a lovey already. I’m wondering if some kid of night light would help – is this when kids get afraid of the dark? Or some kind of soft music? I thought about a Yoto player, but the stories seem too short.
