This eye-catching graphic print is the wake-up call my summer wardrobe needs.

This sleeveless midi dress features a modern brushstroke print on pebbled jersey fabric. While the print is bold, it’s balanced out by the neutral color scheme. This fully lined dress also has a flattering ruched waist and drapey A-line skirt.

Choose this dress for your next trip — the easy-care fabric is both machine-washable and wrinkle-resistant.

Anne Klein’s Ruched Sleeveless Jersey Midi Dress is $139 and comes in sizes XS-XL.

Just found out that I didn’t get the unicorn job that I was so, so excited about. Five interviews, made it very close to the final round. I’m so disappointed. I desperately need to get out of my current job, but I feel unqualified for basically everything that interests me (or ineligible because we made a pandemic move and are not in my industry’s main city anymore). This was the one thing that was a real fit, and now it’s gone. I don’t even know where to start with finding something else.

I know weighted blankets are great, but has anyone tried the stretchy-tight swaddles for grownups or big kids? Swaddling was the only thing that ever put my kids to sleep or kept them asleep, so I’m pretty curious. But I don’t trust the FB ads much.

Does anyone else feel like the social media and IRL pendulum has swung too far in the direction of “motherhood is SO hard” and “with kids it’s a trip, not a vacation” and “lower your expectations when it comes to something fun with kids?” I feel like everyone around me is complaining constantly, even when I observe them having fun!! I get that things used to be too positive and too “enjoy every moment” but man, if parenting were truly as miserable as everyone is acting like it is, the human race would have died out already.

What are you planning on doing for Father’s Day?

This dress is cute. I’m digging the cream-and-brown patterns these days.
