The weight loss, for me at least, occurred after the 6 month mark. This study only looked at 3 months of data.

I was going to comment the same thing, I think the most weight loss benefit comes after the 3 month mark when baby eats more calories.

Me too. Closer to 8 months, probably, is when I noticed the weight starting to melt. I held onto a lot of weight until then.
