I was about to mock the list of easy dinners (because you know what’s easy? noodles and sauce from a jar), but then I saw bacon guacamole grilled cheese. You know what makes that even easier? Grilling your bacon AND your sandwich on a gas grill outside. No pans to clean up. I’m going to try it tonight. Yum….
