Maybe this is just because my kiddo is so young, but I was shocked that the average time spent with kids reported in the first article is only 13 hours a week. I mean, that doesn’t even average 2 hours a day. Spending one full weekend day with your kids, or half of each weekend day, would hit that.

Visited the parents for Easter with a newborn. They bought me over a suitcase of stuff. I don’t want to lug two suitcases by my self plus what I came with and a newborn around the airport and on the drive home. Seriously ready to cry.
