Washable Workwear Wednesday: HeatTech Cashmere-Blend T-Shirt

I haven’t talked about Uniqlo’s bestselling HeatTech in a while — I just got their latest version and immediately ordered two more!
Blended with a touch of soft cashmere, this long-sleeved thermal base layer is thin enough to wear under suit jackets, sweaters, or even blouses. It captures body moisture and converts it into heat to keep you warm and comfortable when temps drop.
Uniqlo’s HeatTech Cashmere Blend T-Shirt is on sale for $19.90 through 1/22 (select colors/sizes only; otherwise it’s $29.90) and comes in sizes XS-XXL. It’s available in eight colors.

what is the maximum number of 9-10 year old boys you’d allow your 4th grade son to invite for a sleepover birthday party? (I know I’m crazy for considering this at all, but I am, so “don’t do it!” opinions not needed :))
following up on the below re bad weather, can we start a thread of things to do indoors with your kids when you can’t go outside. where we leave it is supposed to be icy, but no snow to play with. one of my kiddos especially goes STIR CRAZY when stuck at home bc kiddo has a lot of wiggles to get out.
Just learned that my son has hit a new stage of puberty… man, I am EMOTIONAL about it today! I am crying all over the place about how quickly he’s growing. No other thoughts besides that. Time flies.
anyone have anything fun planned while watching the olympics this year? given the geopolitical climate, it ought to be interesting.
Anyone else struggling with how to talk to older kids about what’s going on in the world? Oldest asked last night at bedtime if Greenland is going to get attacked and I hate that I couldn’t just be like ‘of course not’.
Asking re upper elementary/middle school ages.
What party activities/toys have you seen work best for a group of preschoolers? The b-day party standard here is to rent a gym and a bounce-house, but that’s not a good fit for my family. I have a big-ish playroom and I only expect a few families will make it.
I was thinking of putting out the huge bins of duplos and toy instruments– I have enough of those for everyone. Kiddo really wants a pinata, although I shudder to think of little kids waving stick indoors if the weather is bad. How else to prep the playroom for a big fun playdate?
Just a reminder that if you’re in the mid-Atlantic you should get your groceries/toilet paper today to avoid the panic buying :) looking forward to a potential Sunday snow day!
