The idea of “winter florals” seems contradictory at first, but this pretty button-front blouse nails the concept.

This easy-to-wear, classic shirt features a pattern of abstract tulips. The navy and white palette works well with wardrobe workhorses like a navy suit or even a textured sweater. Take it into spring with camel or white trousers.

Ann Taylor’s floral button-front shirt is on sale for $67 (marked down from $89.50).

Hello everyone here,i wish to share my life changing story here, this information will also change your life. I was sacked at my workplace,i had issues with my boss,so he relieved me of my job, which caused a great financial crisis in my life,i was bankrupt and i was behind on bills. Once day,i came across a post of a lady who praised the services of a hacker that helped her with a blank ATM card, she was really excited,so i decided to mail the hacker and give it a try,he responded to my email and explained the entire process of how it works,i was hesitant but decided to go ahead, truly i received the ATM card after 4 days, then i went to make withdrawal,i was shocked, the machine dispense cash of $2500 to me that very day, until now,am still making withdrawal and i have made a total withdrawal of $50,000. Am so happy,am back on my feet financially, settling all bills and living a happy life. The card is very safe and secure to use,no tracking or security issues. I promise Sven that i will share the good news everywhere and let those in need know about his goodness. If you are interested and want to get back on your feet financially, kindly email him at [email protected] Tell him,i referred you.

I’m the mom who was talking about moving my kindergartner mid year. I found a small private school that all the families I talked to rave about, that is good with neurodivergent kids, and which has a lot of small group individualized instruction. My daughter is doing a trial day today. Wish us luck – I really want this to work out.

The downside? They have uniforms which my daughter is NOT happy about. And the only uniform pants I could get in person last minute were the smallest size at Old Navy which are too big for her so that’s not ideal.

We’re starting to get bar/bat mitzvah invites for my 8 year old’s Sunday school classmates’ older siblings. DH & I are both ethnically Jewish but had non-religious upbringings, and neither of us even really had any Jewish friends so our experience with the bar mitzvah circuit is pretty minimal. I’m pretty sure I’ve only attended one, for an older cousin when I was 8 or 9.
Any guidance on standard gift amounts (I do know about giving multiples of 18) or dress code for the party portion? For the temple portion I assume a slightly nicer version of regular temple clothes is fine? Reform temple in a small Midwest city.

How much screen time is normal for early elementary school? My first grader was issued an iPad in kindergarten. This year, he has been coming home talking about videos other kids have shown him, games played on the iPad, and learning to take pictures with the iPad (from other kids, not the teacher). It seems that he is spending a good part of his day on the iPad (mostly educational apps, I think). They also seem to do a lot of movie and video watching on a large screen as a class. Additionally, indoor recess includes “free iPad time.”

We aren’t screen-free at home by any means, but this seems like way too much for a 6-7 year old. Am I off base here? If not, does anyone have suggestions or a script for how to address this?

Private school is not financially feasible for us (we have 3 kids close in age).

I am interviewing for a role at my org that is a level up from my current position, and I am very qualified and hope to be a top candidate, but it is in a different department with its own work culture. Before having kids, I was very ambitious and motivated to change positions frequently to achieve more. I have been in my current role for nearly a decade and feel very ready to make a move, but it’s difficult to quiet the voice in my head telling me that change is scary. I don’t have supreme flexibility right now, but I know that what I do works for my family life and I can’t be totally sure that will be true if I achieve this promotion. I know it will be more difficult in the short-term but I think I just need encouragement to take a leap of faith and go for it!

I love our Reima rain jacket! My kid is in Kindergarten, starting to grow out of things that are size 6 and is squarely typically a size 7 with room to grow into it. They advertise room to grow so I ordered him a 7, but he definitely needed an 8, and it is the first item of clothing he has in that size! I exchanged for a bigger size and the exchange process was a breeze. Recommend!

I want to order some rain and snow gear from Reima for my toddler for next season (he’ll be two in October, average size, somewhat slim). I hear great things about the brand and want outerwear without PFCs and there’s a sale on, so I want to take advantage. Any recommendations for particular rain and snow gear (snow play and skiing) as well as sizing?
