Maternity Monday: Ponte Knit Maternity Dress

Eva Alexander London Ponte Knit Maternity 2Happy Monday! I love this simple ponte dress for summer and beyond — the V-neck is nice and high, yet flattering, the sleeves look comfortable, and the seams and darts look slimming.  I also like that the dress is machine washable.  It’s $128, available exclusively online at Nordstrom.  Eva Alexander London Ponte Knit Maternity Dress

Finally Friday: Leona Slingback

Bella-Vita Leona | CorporetteMomsI keep seeing this kind of shoe around — with flowy pants, with ankle pants, with skinny jeans — and I like that this one comes from a comfort brand, doesn’t have a huge platform, and comes in a zillion widths and three colors. It’s $89 at Zappos. Bella-Vita Leona Slingback

Everyone Thursday: Cabochon Bypass Hinge Bracelet

Alexis Bittar Cabochon Bypass Hinge Bracelet, GoldenI continue to be obsessed with Alexis Bittar, and I like this blingy bracelet just in over at Last Call. It seems like the bracelet doesn’t have the pull-factor of earrings (which I will describe as “that fear that your kid will playfully yank your earrings out of your head”), it doesn’t have the sometimes-they-fit-sometimes-they don’t factor of rings, and they don’t have the heavy, clunky feeling of statement necklaces (as much as I love ’em). It’s $119 (was $170). Alexis Bittar Cabochon Bypass Hinge Bracelet, Golden

Washable Wednesday: Silk Pintuck Blouse

Talbots Washable Silk Pintuck Blouse | CorporetteThis washable silk blouse from Talbots looks promising — I like the four colors it comes in, the pintucks in the front, the roll sleeves, and the half-placket.  I also love that it’s on sale: it was $99, but is now marked to $55. It’s available in regular, petite, plus, and plus-size petite sizes.  Washable Silk Pintuck Blouse

Feeding Tuesday: Num Num Dips

Num-Num-DipsInteresting — hat tip to editor Kate who found these cool kinda-spoons.  The idea is that there’s no “up,” so there’s no right or wrong way to use it.  Harry just turned one (yesterday, in fact!) and is still doing that comical thing where he insists on feeding himself but turns the spoon upside down the second he gets it — so I’m going to give these a go.  They’re $9.99 at Amazon. Num Num Dips

Finally Friday: Wow Kitten Heel Pump

Bella Vita Wow Kitten Heel PumpIf you’re like me, a 2.5″ heel is about as high as it’s getting these days (although, honestly, even when I was younger, the 4″ heels had to be pretty special to make it onto my feet).  Anyhoo: these Bella Vita pumps come in a zillion colors (fine, 12 colors), have mostly good reviews, and are priced $89-$100.  The pictured shoes, in a croc-embossed metallic leather, are $95.99, available in N, M, W, WW sizes 5-12.  Bella Vita Wow Kitten Heel Pump

Ooh: note that Amazon has a bunch more colors, some marked as low as $19; 6pm starts at $39 but has different colors (I think the tan ostritch is great).
