Halloween creep is a thing. (Just look up Summerween.) If your kid was ready for Halloween yesterday, consider this fleece hoodie dress.
This cozy, cotton-blend fleece has a large front kangaroo pocket, ribbed cuffs, and an embroidered kitty hood. I especially love the star fabric lining the hood.
Boden’s fleece novelty hoodie dress is $64 and comes in sizes 2-3y to 7-8y.

How actively did you choose which school system your kids went to? How did you research and what things did you value? Are there things I should be looking for?
Our oldest is going to kindergarten next year so we’re ready to move out of our downtown condo and into a more family friendly home/community. Of the areas we’re looking at, the “good” school is the wealthy neighborhood and talking to people it’s also kind of a pressure cooker. We’re more interested in moving to a small town where the rankings are worse but there’s a lot more economic diversity. We’re still trying to get feedback from people on how the schools truly are but so far it sounds like they are safe and they do have AP options. But, we also live in the Midwest where education isn’t amazing in general, so should we really value it?
Does anyone have a recommendation for sibling care coverage during L&D? I also would take recommendations for non-woo doulas.
I’m near Palo Alto. Sibling is under 3; the plan is currently a scheduled induction. We will have family assistance, but family will be post-surgery and can’t lift the kid, so we’d like another person to be there. Dad plans to be home for bedtimes.
Any recommendations are welcome!
