My kids love bath bombs and I usually get a few as stocking stuffers. Some of our favorites are from Lush.
This cute little snowman finger puppet bath bomb is delightful! It fizzes away in your bath leaving a refreshing soak of peppermint and almond oils. Oat flour and tapioca starch are calming and kind to even sensitive skin. Just make sure to get an extra one for yourself!
This Snowman Finger Puppet Bath Bomb is $4.50 at Lush.

Exciting Open Thread! It reminds me of the joy when infants discover teething tubes. Just like this thread opens conversations, baby teething toys open a world of comfort for babies, fostering smiles and peaceful moments. Happy weekend to all parents and little ones exploring new horizons together!
We can explore our knowledge to read your blog.
I went to the funeral of someone who died when their children were in high school, and the wife stated she and her husband were just getting back to each other after the busyness of children, and then he died (suddenly). It struck a deep chord with me. My spouse and I really need to make time for each other, but it’s difficult when we’re both weary and busy and need time alone. When you have young children, I believe that is quite typical. My priorities are hobbies, family, and sleep, and my “hobbies” are rather low-key.
My friend sent me a common meme the other day that said “How adulthood feels, pick 3: work, hobbies, exercise, eating healthy, family, romance, sleep, seeing friends”. Mine is easily work, family, sleep.
It made me realize that really my only source of joy these days is my young daughter. I love my husband and am so appreciative of him. Work is stressful but fulfilling. I’m very happy with my life. But the only times lately I’ve had that light, smiley, joyful feeling is with my daughter.
I don’t really know what my question is. Does anyone else feel like this? Do I try to find joy in other areas of my life (and how)? Or is this just a phase of having young kids and I just embrace it for now?
